Marinated fillet of Welsh Black beef or tofu with a lime and black pepper dipping sauce served with lettuce rolls, tomatoes and peanuts

Balinese Bebek Betutu
Lightly smoked and slow cooked duck or whole baby aubergine stuffed with garlic, chilli, lemongrass, galangal and basa gede a Balinese spice paste
Malaysian Chicken or vegetable Rendang
There are many regional variations of this dish including versions from Indonesia and Thailand. This version is from Malaysia and has a rich spicy coconut sauce with a sweet and sourness from tamarind and palm sugar.
